As a Management Accountant you, you will join a high-performing finance team at a company in the midst of real, meaningful growth. You'll take ownership of critical areas of the month-end close and play a key role in shaping the financial insight that drives decisions across the business. ### Responsibilities - Owning key areas of the month-end close process, including our largest cost lines such as logistics and marketing spend - Preparing segmental P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations at month end - Collaborating with the wider accounting team to prepare analysis for the management accounts - Partnering with teams across Beauty Pie to ensure all costs are captured accurately and on time - Supporting statutory reporting and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements - Acting as a key point of contact with our auditors - helping prepare the annual Financial Statements and contributing to an efficient audit process - Managing US sales tax, including quarterly return reconciliations, filing deadlines, and staying current on nexus changes - Approving purchase orders, invoices, and matching bank payments - Owning external reporting requirements for key stakeholders - Preparing departmental reporting and variance analysis, partnering with business teams to understand costs, performance, and drive collective financial insight - Contributing to projects aimed at driving growth, improving processes, and enhancing the quality of our financial output - Supporting the Senior Financial Reporting Manager with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and administration ### Requirements We care about mindset, attitude, and work ethic as much as experience.
