## Job Description
This is a key position within the production team, working on dynamic challenges and a variety of projects where you will have a tangible impact on Rotork’s manufacturing efficiency.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of production activities and processes during a period of transformation, involving significant developments and efficiency improvements across the factory.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and documentation of shop floor manufacturing processes, consistently applying engineering best practices. You will participate in audits, provide technical support, and be involved in problem analysis and resolution, with the objective of proposing new processes and equipment whenever appropriate and beneficial.
This position is ideal for a proactive individual who is motivated by problem-solving and driving solutions through implementation. Strong teamwork skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently, an analytical mindset, and a keen attention to detail.
## Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- Experience using CAD software (Solid Edge).
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
- Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming.
- Good command of the English language (B1–B2 level).
- Fluent English

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and document shop floor manufacturing processes.
