Job Description

## Job Description This is a key position within the production team, working on dynamic challenges and a variety of projects where you will have a tangible impact on Rotork’s manufacturing efficiency. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of production activities and processes during a period of transformation, involving significant developments and efficiency improvements across the factory. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and documentation of shop floor manufacturing processes, consistently applying engineering best practices. You will participate in audits, provide technical support, and be involved in problem analysis and resolution, with the objective of proposing new processes and equipment whenever appropriate and beneficial. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who is motivated by problem-solving and driving solutions through implementation. Strong teamwork skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently, an analytical mindset, and a keen attention to detail. ## Qualifications Experience Requirements: - Experience using CAD software (Solid Edge). - Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. - Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products. - Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming. - Good command of the English language (B1–B2 level). - Fluent English The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who: - Is approachable and able to communicate effectively. - Enjoy working both as part of a team and independently. - Is well-organized and has a strong attention to detail. ## Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.
