Responsibilities Develop, validate, and deploy manufacturing test hardware, software scripts, and diagnostics for new ML products from New Product Introduction (NPI) through volume production. Partner with Design Engineering to implement Design for Test (DFT) features, optimizing product manufacturability and test coverage early in the cycle. Lead test station bring-up, qualification, and troubleshooting at contract manufacturer sites to resolve technical issues during critical NPI builds. Analyze yields and failure modes from manufacturing data to drive test process improvements, enhance coverage, and support root-cause failure analysis. Author comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports while executing tasks in strict alignment with ML-NPI program milestones.
