## Responsibilities
The MDM Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions on the Informatica MDM Cloud platform to support client’s enterprise data strategy. This role will focus on building out models, workflows, and integrations to ensure accurate, consistent, and accessible master data. The position requires expertise in configuring Informatica MDM, implementing match/merge logic, defining survivorship and trust rules, and optimizing platform performance. The MDM Developer will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirement into robust, maintainable solutions.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Design and develop projects/models within Informatica MDM Cloud for multiple environments (Development, Test, QA, Production).
- Configure match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and trust/validation rules for master data.
- Build and maintain data ingestion and integration jobs for the MDM platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure secure, reliable data flows between internal systems and third-party applications.
- Perform Informatica administration tasks, including user management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with architects to refine MDM architecture for performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain Informatica Data Quality Components per design and functional specifications.
- Responsible for post MDM development transition and training client employees on maintaining Informatica IDMC.
\\Location of job: Hybrid, 3 days in office per week. Candidates must be local to Austin, TX\\
## Qualifications
Minimum (Required):
Years
Skills/Experience
7+
Experience as an MDM Developer, including configuring and deploying Informatica MDM.
Strong database design and management skills (Snowflake, SQL, DBT).
Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling.
Proven experience implementing ETL/ELT workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
Preferred (Optional):

Advanced experience with Informatica platform performance tuning.
Experience with enterprise-scale MDM deployments
