We’re growing our Mission Critical – Building Services team and are seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to support the delivery of high-performance, resilient, and sustainable data centre environments. The Opportunity You’ll join a highly capable and collaborative team delivering complex, technically challenging data centre projects for leading global clients. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in mission critical environments while working alongside industry leaders in building services engineering. What you’ll do - Deliver mechanical design for HVAC and mission critical building systems within data centre environments - Support end-to-end project delivery from concept through to construction and commissioning - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and digital engineering - Take ownership of technical quality, coordination, and documentation across project deliverables - Work closely with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to support project outcomes - Contribute to project planning, risk management, and delivery performance - Support the development of innovative, efficient, and resilient design solutions for mission critical facilities - Assist in mentoring graduate engineers and contribute to a positive team culture About you - Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) - 5+ years’ experience within building services consulting - Developing technical capability across HVAC systems and building services design - Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors, ideally with exposure to data centres or mission critical environments - Confident supporting design packages and engaging with stakeholders - Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach - Motivated to grow your technical expertise within complex, high-performance building environments Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
