As you grow through projects with global leaders, you’ll be constantly evolving, while being supported in an environment built on trust, respect, and empowerment. - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software components using .NET/C# and modern technologies. - Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, ensuring maintainability, reliability, and strong unit test coverage. - Contribute to the team’s technical design discussions and help implement solutions that align with agreed architectural principles and standards. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into effective technical implementations. - Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to performance, reliability, and scalability, proposing pragmatic improvements. - Keep up to date with relevant technologies and frameworks, and proactively suggest improvements to tools, practices, and processes. - Create and maintain technical documentation related to implemented features, components, and integrations. Highly desired - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; - 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering - Proven experience in building applications using .NET/C#. - Good understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices. - Strong knowledge of database systems; - Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Blazor, React) is a plus. - Solid understanding of cloud-native development and cloud platforms is a plus. - Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing, is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication skills in both Greek and English - A passion for clean code, performance optimization, and continuous learning.
