Job Description

MetaRPO is actively hiring a .NET Full Stack Developer for an on-site opportunity in Texas. This role is ideal for a skilled developer with hands-on experience across the full Microsoft .NET stack, including both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be part of a dynamic team building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. MetaRPO is a premier Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm that connects top technology talent with leading organizations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET technologies
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services
  • Develop front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or Blazor
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers in an Agile environment
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
  • Integrate with SQL Server and other relational/NoSQL databases
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure software quality and reliability

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in .NET full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development
  • Experience with version control using Git
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Must be local to Texas (on-site position)
