Use automation to improve development efficiency. This includes build, test, and deployment activities. Leverage AI assistance to improve code quality. This covers refactoring, defect resolution, and documentation. Demonstrate willingness to adopt new AI and automation tools where relevant to work outcomes. Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or D365. Have been involved in the delivery of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation projects. 2+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365. Ablity to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies. SSIS/SSRS Possess relevant system development / maintenance experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint related technologies Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript Working experience with job scheduler, MS SQL database access and batch integration protocols. Experienced in developing .NET web services & web API applications. Understanding and Configuration of MSCRM Security Roles. AI and automation scope past experience will be an advantage.
