Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models
• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data
• Build data pipelines for AI workflows
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy
• Integrate AI models into web, mobile, or enterprise applications using APIs
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Monitor deployed AI models and retrain them as needed
• Document AI solutions and maintain technical documentation
• Stay updated with the latest AI research, frameworks, and industry trends

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or C++
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Understanding of NLP and Computer Vision
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data engineering concepts
• Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 1–5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
