Job Description
MindCraft is hiring a Java Spring Boot Developer with Kafka expertise to join its engineering team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, building scalable backend services for large BFSI and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and maintain event-driven pipelines using Apache Kafka
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in Java development
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging/streaming
- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Good communication skills
