Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using UiPath and Power Automate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain technical specification documents for RPA projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to RPA development
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical support
• Participate in Agile development methodology and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• 7+ years of strong hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate
• Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, JavaScript, and .Net
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or any scripting language
• Experience developing and consuming APIs
• Working experience with VBA macro and VB scripting
• Power Automate RPA Developer certifications are preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, along with superior time and project management skills
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations and understand workflow-based logic
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take initiative without direction
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical tasks and projects
