As a MLOps Engineer in our Data Science team, you will design and build scalable solutions for both classical ML use cases and next-generation LLMOps and Agentic AI workloads, directly influencing the experience of millions of customers and advancing SIXT's AI capabilities. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT - You design and build the central MLOps/LLMOps Platform, covering the full lifecycle of classical ML and Agentic/GenAI workloads - You architect robust CI/CD workflows and self-service capabilities that empower Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deploy models and agents independently - You build and evolve the Agentic Platform on AWS Bedrock, utilising frameworks such as LangGraph or comparable tools - You collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities - You establish and promote MLOps and LLMOps best practices through training, documentation, and hands-on support - You optimise infrastructure costs and observability by implementing efficient resource management and intelligent automation YOUR SKILLS MATTER - Education & Experience You have Bachelor's Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with atleast 7 years of experience in MLOps, LLMOps, ML Engineering, or DevOps and a proven track record delivering production ML or GenAI platforms - Tools & Stack You have hands-on expertise with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI stacks, combined with strong skills in containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tooling, and modern monitoring solutions - Platform Knowledge You have Deep understanding of ML and LLM lifecycles, with the ability to design scalable, self-service platform capabilities that serve diverse engineering teams - Motivation You have driven platform adoption across multiple teams and thrive on fostering change, automation, and innovation in fast-moving environments - Communication You excel at explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences and influencing decision-making in an international environment - Mindset You are solution-oriented and continuously learning you keep up to date with the latest trends in ML, LLMs, and Agentic AI and bring that knowledge into your day-to-day work WHAT WE OFFER - Grow Further, Go Further Advance your skills and unlock your potential with our Education Assistance Program - Balance Your Career Benefit from a hybrid work environment complemented by flexible working hours - Fuel Your Day Great work deserves great fuel.
