Collaborate with internal stakeholders, and involve in digitalization process. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Application Development:** Design, build, and maintain cross-platform, high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. - **API Integration:** Seamlessly integrate mobile applications with secure backend RESTful APIs and modern microservices. - **Performance Optimization:** Continually optimize application performance, ensuring fast responsiveness, smooth rendering, and absolute application stability. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend teams to deliver intuitive features through structured Agile sprints. - **Maintenance & Debugging:** Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex application bugs, and deploy efficient code fixes. - **Feature Enrichment:** Participate in the planning and integration of advanced third-party modules, focusing on robust security and architectural scalability. **Requirements :** - Minimum **2–3 years of hands-on experience** in professional mobile development, with a primary focus on Flutter. - Deep understanding of **REST API integration**, JSON data handling, and mobile security practices. - Strong familiarity with advanced Flutter state management solutions (such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX) is highly desirable. - Knowledge of backend development concepts (e.g., Node.js, .NET, or similar frameworks) is considered a strong added advantage.
