Job Description
Moon Technolabs is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead and deliver complex software projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent software projects
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and designers
- Manage project risks, escalations, and resource planning
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Track progress using project management tools and report status regularly
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT/software projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
