Job Description

Moon Technolabs is looking for a Senior VoIP Developer with 5+ years of experience in Asterisk and FreeSWITCH to design, develop, and maintain robust telephony solutions and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop VoIP solutions using Asterisk and FreeSWITCH
  • Configure and maintain SIP trunks, IVR, and call routing systems
  • Integrate VoIP platforms with third-party applications and APIs
  • Troubleshoot and optimize voice quality, latency, and reliability
  • Write clean, maintainable code for telephony features
  • Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Asterisk and/or FreeSWITCH
  • Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, WebRTC protocols
  • Experience with dialplan scripting (AGI, AMI, ESL)
  • Familiarity with Linux server administration
  • Experience with VoIP security and quality of service (QoS)
  • Knowledge of OpenSIPS or Kamailio is a plus
