Job Description

Moon Technolabs is looking for a Web Team Lead with 6–7 years of Laravel/PHP development experience to lead the web engineering team, provide technical direction, and deliver high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Laravel/PHP developers
  • Architect scalable web applications using Laravel and PHP
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure technical quality
  • Collaborate with project managers to estimate and plan sprints
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide junior developers
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of web projects

Requirements

  • 6–7 years of experience in web development with strong Laravel and PHP expertise
  • Proven experience in a team lead or senior developer role
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, MySQL, and front-end technologies
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
