The role As a Motion Designer at Newcode, you will help shape how our brand, product, and ideas come to life through motion. You will create motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, ads, explainers, events, and presentations. Your work will help make complex AI and legal-tech concepts feel clear, premium, and easy to understand. This role is ideal for someone who sees motion as more than decoration. For us, motion should guide attention, explain value, create rhythm, and make the Newcode brand feel confident, intelligent, and alive. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Design, and leadership to concept, design, animate, and deliver high-quality creative work across different channels. What you will do -Create motion assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, ads, explainers, events, and presentations. -Design product-led animations that explain complex legal-tech and AI concepts in a simple and compelling way. -Help define a scalable motion system for the Newcode brand across product, marketing, and sales touchpoints. -Build reusable templates, motion principles, and toolkits that help us move faster while keeping quality high. -Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and leadership to turn ideas into polished creative output. -Support major announcements, launches, and customer-facing moments with strong visual storytelling. -Explore how AI tools can improve creative workflows, from ideation and storyboarding to production and iteration. Who you are You are a motion-first designer with a strong foundation in visual design. You have a sharp eye for typography, composition, rhythm, pacing, and storytelling. Your portfolio shows high-quality motion work across brand, product, marketing, or campaign contexts. You can turn complex information into clear and engaging visual narratives. You work confidently in tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Figma, Jitter, or similar motion and design tools. You move fast, take feedback well, and improve work through iteration. You understand how motion can support a premium B2B or technology brand. You are curious about AI and already use, or want to use, AI tools to improve creative production. Experience with legal tech, SaaS, AI products, or B2B marketing is a strong plus, but not required. A meaningful role in a fast-moving AI company shaping the future of legal work.
