For our business, for clients, and for you Job Title: Senior SQL / Database Developer Experience Level: 5 - 6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize our core database systems. In this role, you will build robust, scalable database architectures, optimize complex queries, and ensure maximum data integrity and security. You will collaborate closely with application developers, data analysts, and product managers to deliver data-driven solutions that directly support our business goals. Key Responsibilities - Database Development: Design and implement relational database structures, schemas, and complex programmable objects (T-SQL/PL-SQL stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions). - Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and analyse query logs to identify bottlenecks. Implement advanced indexing strategies, query execution plans, and performance tweaks to ensure optimal system speed. - Data Integration (ETL): Build, monitor, and maintain scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to move and transform large volumes of data securely across systems. - Data Governance & Security: Enforce data validation, quality, and integrity checks.
