Job Description

MSys Inc is hiring a Staff Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js, working closely with engineering leadership on architecture and technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design decisions for full stack applications built on Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
  • Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs at scale
  • Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices across the team
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot
  • Deep expertise in React.js (Java + React combination mandatory)
  • Strong experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs
  • Excellent communication skills
