The Role: Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced MT5 Platform Developer to join our fast-paced technology division. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with strong expertise in the MetaTrader 5 ecosystem to contribute to the development of critical broker-side applications and operational tools. As an MT5 Platform Developer, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the systems that support our trading infrastructure, including monitoring solutions, tools, administrative applications, and platform integrations. You will work closely with operations, payments, risk, and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions that directly impact the business and trading experience of our clients. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working with live trading environments, and building robust systems that support real-world financial operations, this role is for you. ### The main responsibilities of the position include: - Design, develop, and maintain broker-side applications and operational tools using the MT5 Manager API - Enhance and extend existing monitoring, dealer, and back-office systems while contributing to the design of new platform capabilities - Develop reliable integrations with MT5 Automation, Gateway APIs, and other platform services - Investigate and resolve issues across live trading environments, including users, positions, deals, symbols, gateways, and server operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Payments, Operations, and Platform Engineering to deliver business-critical solutions - Implement high-quality, maintainable code following software engineering best practices - Contribute to architecture discussions, system improvements, and platform scalability initiatives - Create and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and stability of broker-side applications - Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvements - Stay current with developments across the MetaTrader ecosystem and related technologies ### Main requirements: - BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Strong commercial experience developing applications around the MetaTrader 5 platform - Deep hands-on knowledge of the MT5 Manager API and its operational characteristics - Solid understanding of the MT5 ecosystem, including symbols, groups, gateways, feeders, dealers, automations, and server-side operations - Strong experience with C# and .NET development - Proven ability to build tested, maintainable, and production-grade software - Experience working with unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and modern development practices - Good understanding of distributed systems, API integrations, and troubleshooting production environments - Experience working in Windows Server environments - Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to diagnose issues in live systems - Excellent communication and collaboration skills ### The following will be considered an advantage: - Experience with MT5 Server API and C++ plugin development - Experience with MetaTrader 4 - Knowledge of brokerage operations, trading platforms, or FIX protocol integrations - Python development for automation, diagnostics, or operational tooling - Experience within fintech, brokerage, or capital markets environments ### Benefit from: - Attractive remuneration package - Intellectually stimulating work environment - Continuous personal development and international training opportunities ### The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You - Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition - Technical Deep Dive – Interview with Engineering Team
