Job Description

Senior Frontend Designer leads complex design initiatives, shapes product experiences, and mentors junior designers. Focus on design systems, accessibility, and design-to-code fluency to drive adoption across multi-product environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design system initiatives and governance
  • Audit, restructuring, and modernization of design tokens and components
  • Collaborate with engineering partners to implement design systems at scale
  • Mentor junior designers and align product direction with user advocacy
  • Prototype multi-product experiences rapidly using code and AI-assisted tools
  • Document adoption strategies and measure business impact

Requirements

  • Strong experience in design systems architecture and implementation
  • Advanced Figma expertise including variables, collections, and aliasing
  • Experience with design-to-code workflows and CSS variables
  • Responsive and accessible design practices (WCAG)
  • Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams
