The future of cybersecurity starts with you. **About the Role:** CrowdStrike is looking for a Network Reliability Engineer with advanced technical skills in networking, systems, tooling, and automation, who knows how to leverage AI to enhance operations. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing AI-powered tools and platforms that enhance our network monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities. This role focuses on leveraging intelligent automation solutions to improve network reliability and operational efficiency across our hyper-scale hybrid cloud infrastructure. **What You'll Do:** - Deploy and configure AI-powered network monitoring, alerting, and analytics platforms - Implement and maintain AI-driven anomaly detection systems for proactive network correlation and issue identification - Configure and optimize automated remediation workflows using intelligent platforms and existing tools - Ensure network telemetry and metrics are properly integrated with machine learning platforms for effective analysis - Fine-tune intelligent alerting systems to reduce noise and improve signal quality for network operations - Utilize smart correlation tools to accelerate incident detection and resolution processes - Support and maintain AI-enhanced infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance - Identify opportunities to enhance network operations through better utilization of intelligent automation capabilities - Create and maintain documentation for automated procedures, configurations, and best practices - Work with Network Engineering and TechOps teams to integrate intelligent solutions into existing workflows - Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation to ensure continuous support of network operations **What You'll Need:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
