Job Description

Ninja Technolabs is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer (Python) on a freelance/contract basis to join a remote engineering team. The role involves owning full stack delivery across backend Python services and frontend interfaces, working closely with cross-functional teams during IST evening/night hours to align with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end full stack development using Python and modern frontend frameworks
  • Architect, design, and review scalable backend services and APIs
  • Mentor and guide developers on best coding and architectural practices
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and timely delivery of features

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of full stack development experience with strong Python expertise
  • Proven experience leading development teams or projects
  • Strong command of English communication, written and verbal
  • Ability to work 8 hours daily, 5 days a week, during 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST
  • Immediate joiner or notice period up to 15 days preferred
