La Oportunidad:
Liderar y desarrollar la estrategia de canales para la región North LATAM, asegurando la alineación entre las diferentes unidades de negocio y los objetivos corporativos. Será responsable de identificar, seleccionar, capacitar y gestionar socios estratégicos, promoviendo su crecimiento sostenible y maximizando la presencia de la compañía en el mercado. Actuando como enlace entre los canales, los equipos comerciales y las áreas de negocio, este profesional deberá impulsar el desempeño de los socios, fortalecer las relaciones regionales y garantizar la ejecución exitosa de la estrategia de expansión y crecimiento de la organizació
Como vas a generar Impacto:
Alineación Estratégica: Colaborar con los Directores de País de North LATAM para definir una estrategia regional de canales unificada.
Gobernanza y Marco de Trabajo: Establecer políticas corporativas, criterios claros de selección y programas de desarrollo profesional para los canales.
Gestión del Pipeline y Reclutamiento: Identificar, evaluar e incorporar socios de canal con alto potencial para ampliar la cobertura y presencia en el mercado.
Desarrollo y Habilitación de Canales: Guiar a los nuevos socios durante el proceso de incorporación y proporcionarles las herramientas necesarias para garantizar su éxito a largo plazo.
Colaboración Multifuncional: Actuar como enlace entre las Unidades de Negocio y los socios de canal para garantizar la alineación de productos y el soporte técnico adecuado.
Gestión del Desempeño: Establecer objetivos ambiciosos y realistas de volumen y crecimiento para cada canal, monitoreando su ejecución y resultados.
Tu Perfil:
Experiencia en el desarrollo y gestión de canales de distribución y socios de negocio.
Experiencia gestionando canales en países de la región North LATAM (México, Colombia, Centroamérica y el Caribe).
Experiencia en organizaciones de gran tamaño y entornos matriciales, con interacción entre múltiples unidades de negocio.
Experiencia en los sectores de energía, industria, automatización o tecnología.
Capacidad para desarrollar socios comerciales, impulsando su desempeño mediante estrategias de capacitación y soporte.
Perfil estratégico, con sólidas habilidades de negociación y gestión de stakeholders internos y externos.
Inglés avanzado o fluido.
Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 30% del tiempo.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Country Directors to define a unified regional channel strategy.
- Establish corporate policies, selection criteria, and professional development programs for channels.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential channel partners to expand market coverage.
- Guide new partners through the onboarding process and provide necessary tools for long-term success.
- Act as a liaison between business units and channel partners to ensure product alignment and technical support.
- Set ambitious volume and growth targets for each channel and monitor execution and results.
