Job Description

Novia Infotech is hiring a senior full stack developer to build and lead delivery of web applications with strong AI/GenAI capabilities. This is a hands-on technical leadership role guiding a development team while working across the stack, from UI to cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers on full stack web application delivery
  • Build and maintain web applications using React, Node.js, Python, and Java
  • Design and implement AI and GenAI-powered features
  • Manage cloud deployment and infrastructure for applications
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of professional software development experience
  • Hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, Python, and Java
  • Strong background in AI and Generative AI
  • Experience with cloud deployment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work in Atlanta, GA or Ohio (US)
