Job Description

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to guide architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise applications in an Agile/Scrum environment. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, including solution design, POC development, and mentoring of the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and architecture for enterprise .NET applications
  • Act as Scrum Master and drive Agile ceremonies for the development team
  • Develop and integrate solutions using IBM FileNet and Oracle Database
  • Design and implement cloud solutions on AWS, including Amazon RDS
  • Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and present solution designs to Technical Review Boards
  • Establish and enforce coding standards and code quality practices
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Oversee cloud operations and mentor team members
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Development and C#
  • Proven Technical Leadership and Scrum Master experience
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet and Oracle Database
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Services and Amazon RDS
  • Experience in enterprise application development and solution design
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing practices
  • Strong communication skills
