Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable, high-performance Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart
• Implement pixel-perfect UI with responsive designs using Flutter widgets
• Apply state management techniques including Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, and setState
• Integrate REST APIs, manage data parsing and storage solutions
• Work with Firebase services including Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, and Remote Config
• Implement animations including Implicit, Explicit animations, Rive, and third-party tools
• Utilize MVVM architecture and apply Design Patterns (GoF)
• Perform native integrations using Platform Channels for Android and iOS
• Work with CI/CD pipelines such as CodeMagic, Azure DevOps, and App Center
• Optimize mobile performance, memory management, and concurrency
• Write Unit Tests, Widget Tests, and Integration Tests
• Use AI coding assistants for code generation, testing, refactoring, and documentation
• Review AI-generated code to identify security, performance, or implementation issues
• Create reusable AI workflows to improve engineering productivity
• Participate in code reviews and maintain good Git practices

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience in Mobile App Development
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance Android/iOS applications
• Experience with Flutter SDK, widgets, pixel-perfect UI implementation, and responsive designs
• Strong knowledge of state management techniques (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, setState)
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, data parsing, and storage solutions
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, Remote Config)
• Experience with animations (Implicit, Explicit, Rive, and third-party tools)
• Knowledge of MVVM architecture, Design Patterns (GoF), Algorithms, and Data Structures
• Experience with native integrations using Platform Channels (Android/iOS)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CodeMagic, Azure DevOps, App Center)
• Strong understanding of mobile security, performance optimization, memory management, and concurrency
• Experience with Unit Testing, Widget Testing, and Integration Testing
• Good knowledge of Git, code reviews, and mobile development lifecycle
• Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
• Ability to review AI-generated code and identify security, performance, or implementation issues
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows to improve engineering productivity
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and problem-solving approach
