You will leverage your technical expertise to oversee data extraction processes, support the preparation and review of outputs, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client reporting. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, continuous process improvement, and providing guidance to preparers while maintaining strong compliance with established procedures, SLAs, and client-specific requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO - You’ll review and validate extracted data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines and quality standards. - You’ll support and monitor end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring timely delivery of client reports and adherence to SLAs. - You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries, technical issues, and data discrepancies while providing guidance to preparers. - You’ll drive process improvements by identifying efficiencies, enhancing data extraction methodologies, and strengthening controls, procedures, and documentation. - You’ll support team operations through workload coordination, client onboarding, reporting reviews, and participation in cross-functional collaboration and training initiatives.
