Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Senior Developer to join our CLIENT dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Senior Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle development technologies, database programming, and application customization, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business requirements. This role requires close collaboration with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of Oracle applications. ## Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL objects, including procedures, functions, packages, triggers, views, indexes, and tables. - Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Application Express (APEX), Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, and Approval Management Engine (AME). - Design and develop Oracle Reports and BI Publisher XML/RTF reports to support business reporting requirements. - Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, personalizations, APIs, interfaces, and custom libraries in accordance with Oracle development standards. - Develop and support integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite and internal or third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RESTful APIs, and SOAP web services. - Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application and database issues while continuously improving system performance through code and SQL optimization. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. - Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end users to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and reliability. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials. - Ensure compliance with development standards, security policies, and Oracle best practices. - Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical development within a corporate environment. - Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, APEX, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and AME. - Proven experience developing Oracle EBS customizations, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and integrations. - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP web services, and Oracle APIs. - Strong understanding of Oracle database performance tuning and query optimization. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile or project-based development environments is an advantage. - Oracle certifications are considered a plus. ## Core Competencies - Results Orientation - Customer Centricity - Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving - Technical Excellence - Collaboration & Relationship Building - Operational Awareness - Coaching & Mentoring - Communication & Stakeholder Management - Continuous Learning & Innovation Why Work with Us: At Nexttec Technology Outsourcing, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
