Job Description
Position Summary
The Oracle Executive Recruiter will lead executive and senior-level talent acquisition efforts focused on Oracle consulting practices. This individual will own and manage full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP, Principal Consultant, and executive-level Oracle professionals across ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI disciplines. The ideal candidate possesses deep Oracle market expertise, extensive executive search experience, and a proven ability to attract and close high-caliber consulting talent. This role requires strong partnership with business leaders, hiring managers, and practice executives to develop talent strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search & Talent Acquisition
- Lead executive and senior-level searches for Oracle consulting and leadership positions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Recruit Director, VP, Principal Consultant, Practice Leader, and C-Level candidates.
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner closely with Oracle Practice Leaders and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and recruitment expertise.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Oracle professionals and industry leaders.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Represent Argano's employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.
Sourcing & Networking
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, Oracle communities, and industry networks to identify top talent.
- Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and executive-level positions.
- Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with global recruiting teams to share best practices and drive recruitment excellence.
- Mentor and support recruiters on Oracle-specific sourcing and engagement techniques.
- Partner with HR, Compensation, and leadership teams on offer strategy and closing efforts.
Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting standards, and company policies.
- Leverage ATS and recruitment technologies to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Minimum 4+ years recruiting specifically for Oracle-related positions.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for Oracle ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI roles.
- Proven track record of closing executive, senior consulting, and leadership-level talent.
- Experience recruiting for Oracle consulting partners and professional services organizations.
- Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping.
Required Skills & Competencies
Oracle Industry Expertise
- Deep understanding of Oracle applications, cloud solutions, licensing, modules, and implementation services.
- Knowledge of Oracle consulting ecosystems and partner networks.
Recruitment Excellence
- Expertise in executive search, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition strategy.
- Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence platforms.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, or similar systems.
Communication & Influence
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build credibility with executives, hiring leaders, and candidates.
- Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
Analytical & Organizational Skills
- Ability to analyze recruiting data and market trends.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting or professional services recruiting background.
- Experience hiring Oracle consultants across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and Cloud practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience supporting global recruiting initiatives.
