Job Description

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a high-performing team in Chicago, IL on a long-term, fully onsite consulting engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern .NET development, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, messaging platforms, and enterprise database technologies, and will work on distributed, high-scale systems within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using modern .NET technologies
Build and maintain microservices within a distributed systems architecture
Develop and support Kafka-based services and integrations
Deploy and manage containerized services on Kubernetes
Work with SQL Server, Oracle, Amazon Aurora, and MongoDB for data storage and integration needs
Utilize AWS S3 for cloud storage and integration workflows
Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues across the stack
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in a fully onsite setting

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong proficiency in C# 6.0+ and .NET technologies
Experience working with Visual Studio 2019+
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Strong database expertise in SQL Server and Oracle
Experience with Amazon Aurora and MongoDB
Experience developing and supporting Kafka-based services and integrations
Hands-on experience with AWS S3
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
