The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across systems. Collaboration with different teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques. - Understanding of database management and query optimization. - Ability to work with low-code platforms and standard development tools to customize packaged or SaaS applications.
