Job Description
Position title: PAI/SM Analyst and Content Developer
Location: Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC
Clearance required: SECRET
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop publicly available information and social media content to support the SOMTC synthetic internet training environment.
- Produce realistic, scenario-driven digital content aligned with SOF training objectives.
- Integrate PAI/SM analysis into training materials to enhance operational relevance.
- Support the creation and delivery of instructional modules for SOF personnel.
- Collaborate with training staff, scenario developers, and intelligence professionals to ensure accuracy and operational authenticity.
- Associate; 6 years of related military experience may substitute.
- Graduate of a U.S. military Basic/Advanced NCO Course, First Sergeant Course, or Sergeants Major Course.
- Expert OSINT/PAI gathering.
- Expert ability to integrate OSINT/PAI into Operational Intelligence.
- Expert developing instruction programs/training modules.
- SOF assignment--Special Forces, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation (SOA), or Special Mission units--OR Military Intelligence (MI); minimum 3 years of corporate experience in the digital domain for open source, social media, and internet research, influence, operations, targeting, and analysis.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of MRX experience; Adobe Dreamweaver.
