Key Responsibilities

• Assist in critical decisions about whether new computer vision models are ready for production deployment
• Evaluate model robustness against real-world distortions in images, store layouts, and skewed data distributions
• Review and validate analytics reports and ML outputs before they are shared with internal or external stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, and product teams on model quality and performance
• Contribute to the development and refinement of ParallelDots' proprietary computer vision platform
• Own and drive analytical decisions on a day-to-day basis with minimal supervision
• Participate in frequent calls and meetings to align on model deployment standards and outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience making production decisions about ML models or analytics reports (deployment, sign-off, or go/no-go calls)
• Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
• Familiarity with computer vision or image recognition is a strong plus
• Experience working with large-scale data and understanding of power law distributions
• Ability to evaluate model robustness under real-world conditions
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Must be available in IST timezone for calls and collaboration
• Not suitable for freshers or candidates from unrelated work profiles
