What you’ll be doing: Here’s where you’ll make your mark: - Designing, developing and testing PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM solutions to support legislative, tax and regulatory changes - Translating functional and technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions that deliver the best outcomes for clients - Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and fellow developers within an Agile Scrum environment, including participation in backlog refinement, sprint planning and daily stand-ups - Analysing complex issues, applying sound technical judgement and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards - Producing clear, user-friendly documentation to support clients and internal teams. What we’re looking for: You’ll bring: - Strong PeopleSoft development experience - In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM and ideally FSCM across multiple releases and modules - Experience analysing requirements and delivering solutions within highly regulated or compliance-driven environments - A collaborative approach and experience working within Agile Scrum teams - Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills - The ability to balance technical excellence with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
