Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic behaviors for LLM-powered applications
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for specific business use cases
- Build and optimize prompt engineering and reasoning pipelines
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI agents into production systems
- Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and reliability
Requirements
- Strong experience with LLM fine-tuning and agentic AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with prompt engineering and RAG pipelines
- Must be a local candidate able to work hybrid onsite in Iselin, NJ
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
