Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic behaviors for LLM-powered applications
• Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for specific business use cases
• Build and optimize prompt engineering and reasoning pipelines
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI agents into production systems
• Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and reliability

Requirements

• Strong experience with LLM fine-tuning and agentic AI frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG pipelines
• Must be a local candidate able to work hybrid onsite in Iselin, NJ
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
