Job Description
Perfect Web Services is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with a strong background in Manual Testing to join their team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality and reliability, with hands-on experience testing Web and Mobile Applications. You will play a key role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards before release, working closely with the development team across all stages of the software lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools
- Participate in requirement analysis and review design documents for testability
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely defect resolution
- Follow and enforce QA processes and best practices across the SDLC and STLC
- Prepare test plans, test reports, and status updates for stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Manual Testing / Quality Assurance
- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Hands-on experience testing Web and Mobile Applications
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test plans
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Good communication skills in English
