Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Banking Officer – Acquisition Manager for Current Account and Household (CA/HH) segment in West Delhi. The role involves acquiring new banking customers through field activities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BFSI/banking sales with strong local market knowledge of West Delhi. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire Current Account and Household (CA/HH) customers
- Generate leads through field visits and local market activities
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets
- Cross-sell banking products and services
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Age between 28–30 years
- Experience in banking sales, CASA, or Current Account acquisition preferred
- Experience in BFSI sales preferred
- Good communication and sales skills
- Local market knowledge of West Delhi
- Target-oriented approach
- Immediate joiners preferred
