Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI architectures
• Prototype and optimize NLP and LLM-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable systems
• Monitor production models, perform fine-tuning, and implement retrieval-augmented strategies

Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in AI/ML or applied NLP
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation
• Practical exposure to agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
