## Job Description
1. Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
2. May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists.
3. May work on modest size projects and/or assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers with higher grades.
4. Utilise advanced architectural software and tools, such as REVIT and AutoCAD, to create detailed design documentation and 3D visualisations.
## Qualifications
- Master’s / bachelor’s degree in architecture recognized by the Board of Architects preferred.
- Min 7 to 12 years of experience in Architectural projects, Singapore, Australia, Middle East/US/UK experience would be desirable.
- Being registered with the Board of Architects will be an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, and other architectural design and documentation tools.
- Experience in leading the end-to-end large-scale projects, including conceptual design, design development, facilitating, communicating, and technical coordination with client side and design consultant team.
- Good communication and presentation skills. Able to speak and write English fluently..
