- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in RF engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RF design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with antenna design and testing is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven leadership experience in engineering projects.
- Security Clearance Required – TS/SCI w/ Poly
