Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of RF systems and components. - Conduct performance analysis and optimization of RF circuits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions. - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. - Prepare and present technical documentation and reports. - Stay updated with the latest RF technologies and industry trends. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Participate in project planning and resource allocation.
