We are seeking an experienced Product Design Lead (UX/UI) to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across a multi-platform ecosystem. This role combines hands-on product design with design leadership, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and high-quality user experience while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. - Establish and evolve scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards. - Translate product requirements into polished, development-ready designs. - Lead and mentor a small team of designers while promoting design excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms. - Balance detailed execution with strategic, system-level thinking to improve product usability and consistency. Qualifications - 8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience, including 3+ years leading design teams. - Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products. - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, design systems, and complex workflows. - Experience creating scalable interaction patterns across multiple digital touchpoints. - Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing products that integrate hardware and software. - Familiarity with operational or service-based applications. - Experience leveraging AI-assisted design workflows. - Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
