Within this team, Product Development manages the journey from concept to finished product. Partnering closely with Merchandising, Buying, Sourcing, Production, and Global teams, we deliver high-quality, commercially successful products that reflect the brand vision and meet business objectives. The Role As a Product Developer, you will support the end-to-end product development process, ensuring products are developed on time, within cost targets, and to the required quality standards. You will partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to bring design concepts to life while maintaining accurate product data and managing sample development. Key Responsibilities - Partner with Buyers, Raw Materials, vendors, and global teams to support product development. - Manage product development timelines and help ensure key milestones are met. - Support costing analysis and maintain development cost tracking. - Coordinate prototype and sample orders, tracking progress through development. - Ensure accurate product information, BOMs, and data are maintained in PLM systems. - Monitor sample status, approvals, and delivery timelines. - Identify development risks and support problem-solving to keep projects on track. - Contribute to process improvements and best practices across product development.
