ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Developer to join our Typo team, focusing on our On the Move category. Working from the office, the train, home, the park bench? Where ever our customers’ desk may be, you will focus on developing all the tech, stationery and desk accessories that our customers love and need. You will be the pivotal link between the buyer and the supplier and will be responsible for sending accurate information clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders. We will look to you to use your expertise in technical fabrication and garment production to deliver on innovative products that make a difference. You will also be responsible for managing product expectations, managing product schedules and reviewing samples. If you are someone who loves for developing products that align with our vision and are passionate about technical fabrication and garment production, then this could be your new role!
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree / qualification in relevant field Production i.e. Fashion, Textiles
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Product Developer role
- Experience with technical specifications and fittings
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
- Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
- Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Illustrator
