This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, HR Data & People Analytics based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of people analytics within a global organization by transforming HR data into strategic business insights. The position combines product thinking, analytics expertise, and HR technology leadership to build scalable solutions that improve workforce decisions. You will lead initiatives around HR data governance, reporting, analytics maturity, and the evolution toward predictive and prescriptive insights. Working closely with HR leaders, operations teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders, you will help establish trusted data foundations and meaningful analytics practices. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, improving current processes while designing future-state capabilities. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR data professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, influencing change, and creating measurable organizational impact. ### Accountabilities: The Product Manager, HR Data & People Analytics will own the strategy, governance, and evolution of HR data capabilities while enabling better workforce decisions through reliable analytics. This role will serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, ensuring data quality, consistency, and actionable insights across the organization. - Design, implement, and manage an HR data governance framework, including ownership models, stewardship practices, data standards, and quality controls. - Establish and maintain HR data dictionaries, definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistent interpretation of workforce metrics. - Lead HR data quality improvement initiatives, including assessment, remediation, and prevention of recurring data issues. - Partner with HR Operations and technology teams to optimize HRIS capabilities, data integrity, reporting processes, and system usage. - Build and evolve a trusted reporting environment by defining key workforce metrics, dashboards, and analytical solutions. - Translate complex HR data into clear insights and recommendations for executives, HR leaders, and business stakeholders. - Develop a long-term roadmap to advance people analytics capabilities from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive analytics. - Identify opportunities to apply analytics to workforce challenges such as attrition risk, talent acquisition effectiveness, internal mobility, pay equity, and workforce planning. - Evaluate analytics platforms, BI tools, and solutions that enhance HR technology capabilities. - Act as a change leader by promoting data-driven decision-making, improving adoption of standards, and enabling stakeholders through training and documentation. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Technology, Finance, and other teams to align analytics initiatives with broader business priorities. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on HR analytics professional with strong experience managing complex HR data environments and influencing stakeholders across global organizations. - 8–12+ years of experience in people analytics, HR data, HRIS analytics, or related fields. - Strong hands-on experience with HR information systems, with UKG Pro experience highly preferred. - Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks, data standards, and data quality improvement programs. - Experience managing HR data environments during periods of growth, transformation, or post-implementation optimization. - Strong understanding of HR domains, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, compliance reporting, and inclusion analytics. - Advanced skills in HR reporting, analytics, trend analysis, segmentation, and insight generation. - Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Familiarity with data modeling concepts, integrations, and enterprise data ecosystems. - Ability to evaluate and recommend people analytics platforms and technology solutions. - Strong consulting and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive alignment without direct authority. - Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational priorities. - Experience working in global, matrixed environments with diverse teams and data practices. Preferred qualifications: - Experience leading HR data remediation and governance initiatives after HR system implementations. - Experience evolving organizations from basic reporting toward predictive and prescriptive analytics. - Experience partnering with senior HR and business leaders on analytics strategy. - Experience aligning HR analytics with enterprise data, technology, or financial analytics strategies. ## Benefits: - Competitive salary range of approximately $88,000–$100,000 USD annually. - Eligibility for bonus compensation. - Fully remote work opportunity within the United States. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) retirement plan. - Paid time off and employee wellness support. - Opportunity to work with a global team and influence the future of HR analytics capabilities. - Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation, learning, and professional growth.
