Job Summary:
Create, improve and protect the environment in which live. Plan, design and oversee construction of structures and infrastructure, such as roads, airports, dams, irrigation projects, water supply and sewerage systems. This position will place a greater emphasis on water supply and distribution, sanitary sewer collection and treatment and storm drainage systems.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field from an EAC/ABET accredited University
Required Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):
- 4+ years’ civil engineering design experience
- 4+ years’ public works experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Preferred Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):
- Nevada Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT certification
