Project Manager, Civil Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of land and site development projects within budget and schedule, managing client expectations
- Identify business development opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and understand industry and development in the London area
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, communicate effectively, and seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
- Oversee project execution, schedule time, and act as the main point of contact
- Manage project financials, invoicing, payment certificates, and project budgets
- Participate in business development activities and administer contract administration
- Attend project meetings and handle other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years in a project management role
- C.E.T. or P.Eng. designation
- Understanding of the Site Plan review process
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
