The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Power BI, solid knowledge of Qlik Sense, and strong technical capabilities in SQL, Python, and Databricks. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business needs. - Design, develop, and maintain Data Bricks schemas and ETL's to support business needs. - Build and optimize data models in Power BI using DAX and Power Query (M). - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. - Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications as needed for legacy or parallel reporting environments. - Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. - Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics tasks. - Work with Databricks to manage and process large datasets, build pipelines, and integrate with BI tools. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all BI solutions. - Participate in data governance and quality initiatives. - Provide support and training to business users on BI tools and reports. Required Qualifications: - Proven experience with Power BI (minimum 2 years and Maximum 3 years), including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. - Working knowledge of Qlik Sense and its scripting environment. - Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. - Good understanding of Python, especially for data manipulation and automation. - Familiarity with Databricks and its integration with BI platforms. - Familiarity with Oracle ERP - a big advantage. - Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
